In America, LOTS of people have criminal records. It is estimated that over 70 million adults in the US have a criminal record of some sort.

While the COVID pandemic made the unemployment rate jump, the unemployment rate will likely be back to record low levels very soon. That means employers will need to be open to employing individuals with criminal records to continue growing and building their workforces.
